In other words, the Alawites and Christians can go to hell?
Reader comment on item: Why Israelis See Shi'ite Axis as a Greater Threat Than Syrian Jihadis

Hello, I note that it appears that the Alawites and Christians don't appear to count much in this article by Yaakov Lappin.

Also, you have no evidence 100 per cent either way about the chemical attack and who did it. However, Carla del Ponte pointed the finger in the past towards opposition terrorist groups with regards to an earlier chemical attack.

It is also laughable that the Shia threat is being used when it is the Shia who are being slaughtered and persecuted in several nations. Also, September 11, London, Madrid, Bali, Benghazi - and so on, were done by Sunni Islamists. Therefore, it appears that Yaakov Lappin also wants to hoodwink the world with his empty and false rhetoric.

Currently a very ancient Christian village is being attacked by Nusra and other terrorist forces in Syria. Note again, in Syria it is radical Sunni Islamists who have killed and kidnapped Christian priests and bishops. Therefore, the Syrian armed forces are re-entering this ancient Christian village in order to protect the Christian population.

In Lebanon you also have a power arrangement between the biggest Christian block under Michel Aoun and Hezbollah. Note, Hezbollah is not burning Christian churches down - on the contrary, when Hezbollah forces entered parts of Syria then various Christian communities returned home.

Israel and Hezbollah have no love towards each other - but the Christians shouldn't be sacrificed because it suits the whims of some in America and Israel.
