I agree with jDr. Jasser that violent Muslim groups are not only Al-Qaeda but rather some of the very groups that claim to be 'moderate. Ellison is an apologist for such entities like CAIR that masquerade themselves behind 'mainstream' Muslim labels. Dr. Qaradawi had issued dangerous fatwas that are mind-boggling to many of us who believe Islam to be a tolerant religion. If he can issue such outrageous and intolerant fatwas, then he is no 'moderate' Muslim. I think it is time that we focus knowing more about the so-called 'mainstream' Islamic groups because they may pose a clear and present danger.
