This article suffers from jumbled terminology.

Missile: is the lifting vehicle

Payload: is that which is lifted;

Warhead: is what is delivered to the target(s).

So terminologically "nuclear capable missile" makes sense; "nuclear warhead" makes sense; but "nuclear capable warhead" does not; "warhead's nuclear payload" does not.

Do we have a translation problem here or is someone just talking about things they do not understand properly?
