Video Recording

Mohammed Al-Asi, a radical cleric based in Washington, D.C. rationalizes the killing of Israeli civilians in May 2005.

Transcript:

Al-Asi: The Palestinian population has been put in a position to fight back and the only means that it can fight back is in these types of acts that target in the first instance military personnel who are in civilian clothes. And if these military personnel in civilian clothes happen to go to civilian areas such as restaurants, the intention is not to kill civilians; it is to kill military personnel... If these Palestinians were given F-16s and F-15s, the fighter bomber planes to use, I'm sure they would never use these types of methods.
