The video shows the men salute their commander and kiss a Quran. Then, detonators are shown being inserted into explosive vests. A commander then gives orders, invoking the names of martyrs to their cause as the camera pans the men wearing explosive vests: "We long to join the Lord of Husain, the Lord of all the martyrs. We swear by the blood of Abbas Musawi, and Shaikh Raghib Harb, and Al-Shiqaqi and Ayyash, we swear by the blood and lives of our children that we shall obey the call and shall make the ground explode under the feet of our enemies America and Israel."
