Terrorism, Islam and the Mosques
Reader comment on item: Emerson Tells Dennis Prager: U.S. Alone Remains Afraid of Discussing Islamic Terrorism

Why is everyone (except for a few courageous people like Robert Spencer, Pamela Geller and a few others) unwilling to point the finger at Islam? Islam does not mean "all Moslems", but it does mean the Koran and all those hundreds of millions of Moslems who take the Koran seriously. It is those Moslems who take the Koran seriously who are waging war against us. As for the mosques, every one of them is guilty of supporting Islamic terrorism to one degree or other because they all teach that the Koran is Allah's literal word, and the Koran commands Moslems to wage eternal war against non-Moslems. So-called "moderate Moslems" are moderate only to the degree that they do NOT follow the jihadist commands in the Koran which they are supposed to follow. Keep in mind that those sacred jihadist commands do not change merely because some, or many, Moslems do not follow them. Moderate Moslems do not represent Islam; they misrepresent Islam. They are irrelevant to our struggle against our Islamic enemies.
