Despite it not being listed on Mazlovs "Hierarchy of Needs", faith drives every civilization that has ever existed. The compelling and inate motivation of human beings to explain the unexplainable by attributing occurences and phenomena to Gods, Idols, aliens, or demons will only be sated by the discovery of the forces actually responsible for life and death and the dramatic circumstances that people experience in between.
