I agree with CAIR that radical Islam is not to blame for these senseless killings. It is entirely mainstream moslem thought that Christians and Jews can and should be murdered on sight. While there may be only a relative few who are willing to go full shahid, at least a billion moslems worldwide refuse to condemn a bit of it - except when they are lying to the kuffars in the interest of furthering jihad - systematic lies they call takkiyah.
