I note that no mention is made here of recent allegations concerning Brennan's secret conversion to Islam while working for the CIA in Saudi Arabia some years ago. If true, that would make him more than a mere dhimmi, though I do agree that he is that, at a minimum. I now have the extremely unsettling but distinct feeling that the puzzle of the Barack Obama Presidency will soon be complete. As for the distinction within Islam between offensive and defensive jihad, I don't regard that issue as worthy of discussion for the simple reason that I don't trust Muslims to tell non-Muslims the truth about their religion. Moreover, in what context would anyone trust the Islamists to tell non-Muslims the truth? As for Brennan's opinion, if he's merely a dhimmi, I wouldn't care what he thinks about this issue. If he's a secret convert, well ...
