Ziyad Yaghi

Submitted by Siraj Davis, Dec 27, 2012 18:24

What is east to overlook, yet salient to point out in the accumulation of all of this GIGO evidence, is that I haven't seen any on the defendant Ziyad Yaghi. Not one. Furthermore, it is my belief that all of this evidence is largely based on Daniel Boyd. Could we separate the evidence against each defendant into their own personal profiles rather than form a huge coagulation of of facts which group all of the constituents to Daniel Boyd, where the majority of the evidence remains? It seems by using the abstract term "Raleigh Jihad" group, the stigmatization and implication is that every single shred of evidence in this database is an indictment against each defendant wherein the reality is that each individual had limited participation in the plot.

I would even go so far as to assert that those defendants should be guilty of not vocally opposing or reporting seditious and possibly harmful harsh rhetoric by Daniel Boyd alone. He is the only person in all of the evidence , to have been implicated as admitting to thinking about the right of self defense of Muslims.

Thank you
