There will be no Palestinian state, as long as Palestinians promulgate a "one to the exclusion of the other" doctrine. If there is no prospect for peace with the Palestinians, there is no incentive for Israel to halt settlement construction, as there will be no peace irrespective of what concessions Israel may make. In the interest of national self-preservation, Israel may have to transfer all "illegal aliens" from Judea and Samaria across the Jordan River into the 78% of the former British Mandate, which was not part of the ancient Kingdom of Israel.

The clear objective of Palestinian "rejectionists" is not the creation of a Palestinian state, which they have failed to do over the past 65 years, but to destroy Israel. The consequences of the Palestinian "one to the exclusion of the other" doctrine will be that Palestinians will remain the "excluded party," disenfranchised, isolated and impoverished, instead of having a state of their own co-existing in peace alongside Israel!
