We need to determine WHO are the individuals that are members of the local Muslim community that convinced this idiot to travel to Yemen, for more education. What are their backgrounds and have the convince others to do the same.

What org do they belong to, who paid for the travel and who made the jihad study arrangements.

We know this goof did not dream this up himself.
