Dangerous precedents

Submitted by Myra, Mar 10, 2009 13:52

We are talking about a person not being free to publish and express a viewpoint they have definitive evidence to back up with, because of fear from violent opposition to their opinions. Have we slid that far away from the protection of free speech that an elected member of a free democracy is to be considered to much of a criminal threat to be allowed freedom of movement?!?
