Red Flags up on unusual banking transcations

The details of this transaction are undoubtedly helpful to those who intend to avoid being found out when making transactions to donate, for example, the Ground Zero mosque.

The Mayor of New York insists we wait for the non-profit tax filing in the future to investigate funding sources. (And by the way, he made an false comparison between all non-profits that are innocent of terrorist activities and intentions with the Moslem non-profits, i.e., Should we set a precedent by investigating all non-profits for their source of funding? )
