I'm completely stumped
Reader comment on item: Fight Over Co-Conspirator List Continues

Please forgive me. I'm new to the wealth of information about Islamofascism.

Why aren't undicted co-conspirator lists filed openly? Seems to me not making the information public makes it easier for the terrorist-affiliated organizations to act. Am I missing something?
