Thank you IPT for shinning the light on the ugly phenomena of homegrown terrorism. Radical jihadists have a plan and that plan has an elaborate methodology of recruitment. It uses conventional and non-conventional means to attract those most susceptible to indoctrination. Whether by Internet web sites, social media, literature, charismatic speakers or prison mosques, their message is preached. The threat is real. Our response must also be.
