maybe these comments will pass muster .. my comments on the article Spain and Language evidently railed the review board .. the discussion about 'to release or not to release' is now moot, having caused 360 degrees of speculative thought re: whose involved ... the knowledge of 'involvement' could easily include the USA, countries so called friendly to the USA and countries known to be antagonistic towards the USA ..why else would the executive branch 'sit on this knowledge' .. too late now, the zipper re-lock bag is open and the re-lock is damaged .. let's take a look, many others have and there knowing is not sacrosanct ...
