No question that it was a righteous time to serve Awad the summons by Mr Gaubatz, especially just as this state senator was at the podium giving a speech and coordinating the word"liberty" at time the summons was being delivered. Awad should not respond to the summons and then he'd have to be hunted down- just like any other criminal.
