From the outset Iran was only committed to lifting the sanctions and accessing the billions in off-set. They never seriously even considered forfeiting their nuclear ambitions. Lifting the sanctions insures continued survival of the fanatical regime and will provide them access to conventional weapons and nuke delivery systems. This kick-the-can down-the-road deal will create an identical inspection, verification and access nightmare the US dealt with for years in Saddam Husseins' Iraq. This agreement insures that "Death to Israel and America" is no longer just a threatening chant but a catastrophic reality.
