Please provide evidence of 'Somali authorities'. Pictures, C.V., etc. You may have a little difficulty finding them, because:
There Ain't No Somali Authorities!

That's the trouble with the entire continent, rule by the baddest.
And whom do you give your protection money to? See, back to finding an authority.

Better to sit in a circle and sing cumbaya.

What is needed is a 21st century Crusade. It begins at home.
