Well who wouldn't set up camp near or in the USA if they wanted to kill,destroy,and terrorize? There are tons of vulnerable strategic facilities which can be attacked on a small budget with materials readily available in America.Security at many is a bad joke. If terrorists cross the nonexistant US border and interact with homegrowns in a sort of "occupy targets" matrix,there may be more than tear gad released. We need to RIF the cubicrates of Homeland Security instead of cutting back our military. It will take more than paper cuts to deal with the tsunami of terrorists surging to our shores.
