I think a speaker, who has been invited to share his views, information, or whatever, should be allowed to speak freely, And whether, or not, there is a time and place for rebuttal is of no consequence whatever. Citizens/students who disagree may invite their own speakers who may then share their viewpoints...unmolested...hopefully. It's called, "COMMON COURTESY." C'mon, people!
