Maybe the iman will insite someone to take his words seriously and maybe the official who thinks they're not may find himself in the crosshairs of someone who may take them seriously. For the official would be an infidel and what that book says, should be dissappear from the earth. THis is clearly a hate book from a certain thought process from a person against anyone he is against his beliefs. That is hate.
