good article BUT goodluck auditing the PBC.

"The Bank of China will now have to provide us with details of all bank transactions, basically everything that went through the accounts," -I think that is pretty fantastical. Why would china care about a decision in the US regarding their lending to Hamas. They openly and publicly lend to Iran, venezuela, Libya, etc.
