Is this grave incompetence at the State Dept.? Or is it intentionally giving our enemies our tax dollars?

Is this a pattern at the State Dept? Don't they send our tax dollars in the form of security training and weapons to the terrorist PLO and Fatah?

Isn't the State Dept giving aid and comfort to our enemies?

Shouldn't someone be held accountable?
