[EDVA] Anthony Joseph Tracy was sentenced to 4 months in prison for his role in a scheme to help 272 Somalis travel illegally to the U.S. through Cuba. Tracy admitted to contacts with the Somali terror organization Al Shabaab that has close ties to Al Qaeda.
