[DDC] American victims of a triple Hamas suicide bombing in Jerusalem filed a lawsuit against Hamas and the government of Iran. The court dismissed the plaintiff's case without prejudice, citing jurisdicting lies in Israeli courts, not U.S. courts. Plaintiffs have stated they will file a renewed motion for judgment.
